				West Kalaeloa Business Park, a joint venture with Morgan Stanley, is a 100 acre development in Kapolei, the State of Hawai’i’s fastest growing area. It is anticipated that the property will be subdivided and improved by the third quarter of 2008. The park will eventually encompass over 2.3 million square feet of high-end industrial and flex space.
