SHM Partners provided financial modeling and design support for the Government of Spain in its preparation for the development of Ciudad de la Luz, the newest and most modern audio-visual studio complex in Europe. SHM Partners developed a financing model for use by the Government of Spain in outlining development costs, budgeting operations, and projecting financial returns.
