In a unique exchange transaction with the Chamber of Commerce, SHM Partners acquired the site and developed this build-to-suit project in Los Angeles, California. Upon completion of this $16 million project SHM structured an exchange of the Chamber of Commerce’s then existing headquarters. This completed the site assemblage objectives for SHM’s multi-phase Los Angeles Center project. |
